David De Castro          Provisors

Born in Los Angeles and raised in Santa Cruz, California, David De Castro attended UCLA and obtained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. He then received his law degree from Loyola Law School.

Mr. De Castro is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in the areas of employment law and business litigation. He is recognized for his skillful ability to persuade courts and juries at trial, as well as his ability to use negotiation skills to settle complex disputes to the benefit of his clients. Mr. De Castro has tried numerous cases and has had extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, and other administrative hearings.

In addition to litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience, Mr. De Castro is known for his incorporation of innovative techniques in litigation. Mr. De Castro has participated in and conducted seminars on effective inclusion of technology in litigation.

Mr. De Castro has been named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list as one of the top attorneys in Southern California every year since 2013. No more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers. He was also nominated for a 2012 Trusted Advisor Award by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. Mr. De Castro was one of only 40 attorneys in the entire San Fernando Valley who were nominated. He has also been recognized by the Los Angeles Superior Court for his volunteer services as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral. Mr. De Castro is a member of the State Bar of California and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Central District.

Arthur Morrow

Arthur Morrow was born and raised in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. He attended Colby College in Waterville, Maine where he studied History and Sociology. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles, California to work as a staff accountant for Merrill Lynch. He left Merrill Lynch and became the assistant controller for Contel Federal Systems. In 1990, Mr. Morrow enrolled at Southwestern University School of Law.

Since Mr. Morrow received his law degree in 1993, he has exclusively practiced in the area of employment law litigation. His extensive experience includes various employment law matters such as wage and overtime claims, discrimination/harassment claims, contract disputes, union issues and worker’s compensation injuries. Mr. Morrow has also represented companies in a variety of administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations and civil proceedings.

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Morrow has drafted a number of employee handbooks, independent contractor agreements, settlement agreements and other legal memoranda. He has also participated in and conducted a number of company investigations regarding discrimination, sexual harassment and other employer/employee issues. Mr. Morrow has conducted management training and has provided daily employment law advice to companies regarding terminations, layoffs, suspensions, demotions and disciplinary actions in order to prevent litigation risks.

Mr. Morrow has lectured on behalf of the California Association of Personnel Consultants, Council on Education in Management and Employer’s Advisory Council. Mr. Morrow is a member of the State Bar of California and its Employment and Labor Law Section.
