    Born in Los Angeles and reared in Santa Cruz, California, David De Castro attended UCLA and obtained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. He then received his law degree from Loyola Law School.

    Mr. De Castro is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in the areas of business and real estate disputes and personal injury litigation. He is recognized for his skillful ability to persuade courts and juries at trial, as well as his ability to use negotiation skills to settle complex disputes to the benefit of his clients. Mr. De Castro has tried numerous cases and has had extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, and other administrative hearings.

    In addition to litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience, Mr. De Castro is known for his incorporation of innovative techniques in litigation. Mr. De Castro has participated in and conducted seminars on effective inclusion of technology in litigation.

    Mr. De Castro has been recognized by the Los Angeles Superior Court for his volunteer services as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral. Mr. De Castro is a member of the State Bar of California and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Central District.
